While this hotel had a few pros like the room size, free parking, and monorail access, it definitely had plenty cons. To start the line to check-in took well over a hour on a Monday afternoon. There were only 3-4 people working and just when you thought they were sending help it’d really just be people swapping with one another. This hotel also had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The bed was equivalent to an air mattress and the pillows were no better felling like sleeping on a rock. The television constantly kept messing up the cast feature and we kept having to disconnect and reconnect multiple times to the tv and wifi multiple times a day. Overall it’s very unlikely I’d ever stay at this hotel again.
